It can happen that you either purchase or receive as a gift some silk that is not really what you wanted. Please be aware that Pure Silks is under no obligation to return any silk which has been ordered according to a customer’s requirements for measurements or colours outside our standard stock. Our standard stock are the measurements you can instantly order in the webshop. If you are in doubt about whether your order is bespoke or standard, please do get in touch.
The silk products that fall outside our standard measurements, are created bepoke for you in our workshop in China. We are unable to resell these, hence we cannot offer to take them back. It includes silk bedlinen with longer, wider measurements than standard listed on our webshop and colours outside our standard listed colours in the webshop. Duvets and pillows with longer or wider measurements than standard listed on our webshop. Please contact us if you are in doubt about your purchase.
However, if you have purchased an in stock item, and the item is completely unused, in original condition and packaging, then we are more than happy to take returns for either an exchange or refund within 14 days (from the date of receipt). In other words you are more than welcome to open your silk parcel and have a good feel, but you cannot start using it even for a little snooze on sofa. Its pretty obvious why. Please contact us if you are in doubt of your return rights.
Return goods should be directed to Pure Silks, The Knap, Fielden Road, Crowborough TN6 1TR, East Sussex, England. We advise you to send parcels registered and insured. Remember to obtain proof of postage as Pure Silks cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note Pure Silks will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. We also cannot offer to refund the postage you paid in receiving the silk . This does not affect your statutory rights.
